  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Effective Date: 01/04/2025
    This policy applies to all PaintSure subscriptions provided by PaintSure, the service brand of Bicolour Painting and Maintenance Pty Ltd ABN 82 675 088 772.

  • 1. Subscription Memberships

  • PaintSure operates on a monthly or annual subscription model.

  • Services can commence only when:

  • The membership has been active for 12 months, or

  • The full annual subscription amount has been paid upfront.

  • If a service is booked before the 12-month term is completed, the full annual payment must be paid upfront, minus any already-paid monthly instalments.

  • 2. Booking Conditions

  • Each subscription includes one internal maintenance service per 12-month period.

  • Early or emergency bookings beyond the included service may incur additional charges.

  • If a client has already received a service and requests an emergency callout, additional costs may apply.

  • 3. Cancellations & Missed Payments

  • If a customer misses two (2) monthly payments, the membership will be automatically cancelled.

  • Cancelled memberships are not eligible for any service bookings.

  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a cancelled subscription.

  • If a customer cancels their membership before any service has been booked, no refund will be provided.

  • 4. Responsibility of the Client

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their subscription remains active and up to date to be eligible for service.

  • If the membership is inactive, cancelled, or payments are missed, PaintSure is under no obligation to provide service, and refunds will not be issued.
