  • PaintSure is a trading name of Bicolour Painting and Maintenance Pty Ltd

  • These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PaintSure’s services and website.

  • 1. Overview

  • PaintSure provides subscription-based paint maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • 2. Service Scope

  • Interior and external paint touch-ups and minor repairs are included.

  • Full repaints are not included in the subscription and will incur additional charges.

  • 3. Eligibility for Service

  • Maintenance services are available up to 3 times per 12-month period, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Emergency or urgent work beyond the 3 visits per year may incur additional costs.

  • 4. Membership Terms

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining an active membership.

  • Missing two consecutive monthly payments will result in automatic membership cancellation.

  • Cancelled memberships are not eligible for services, and no refunds will be issued for previous payments.

  • 5. Property Type & Size

  • PaintSure services are available for residential, commercial, and light industrial buildings.

  • Properties exceeding 50 squares (approx. 465 m²) will:

  • Not be covered under standard plans

  • Require a custom quotation

  • May incur additional costs before approval

  • Properties with additional structures (detached or attached buildings such as granny flats, offices, or studios) are not included in the subscription unless:

  • Approved in advance, and

  • A custom tier has been provided to cover all structures.

  • 6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • 6.1 Cancellations by Customer

  • Membership can be cancelled anytime.

  • If no service has been used, cancellation is allowed but prior payments are non-refundable.

  • If services have been used, no refunds will be issued.

  • 6.2 Missed Payments

  • Two missed monthly payments result in automatic cancellation.

  • Cancelled memberships cannot access services unless re-subscribed.

  • No refunds will be issued for prior payments.

  • 6.3 Service Frequency

  • Maintenance services can be booked up to 3 times per year.

  • Emergency or extra services beyond the 3 visits may incur additional charges.

  • 7. Service Limitations

  • PaintSure reserves the right to refuse or delay service if:

  • Membership is inactive or overdue

  • The job exceeds the agreed service scope

  • The site is unsafe or unprepared

  • 8. Paint & Colour Matching

  • We use premium commercial-grade paints. While we aim to match existing colours, variations may occur due to aging or prior paint conditions.

  • 9. Warranty and Limitations

  • We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all completed touch-up work. Excludes:

  • Structural damage

  • Water ingress

  • Renovation-related issues

  • External weathering or third-party work

  • 10. Emergency Services

  • Emergency callouts are not part of the subscription. They will be quoted and charged based on urgency and access.

  • 11. Liability and Insurance

  • PaintSure maintains full public liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are not liable for:

  • Delays outside our control (e.g. weather, access)

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • 12. Site Conditions & Access

  • Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe, reasonable access

  • Informing us of hazards or site conditions

  • Letting us know in advance about additional structures

  • 13. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will be handled through written communication first. If unresolved, formal mediation will follow.

  • 14. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed under the laws of Victoria, Australia.

  • 15. Intellectual Property

  • All PaintSure website content and branding are owned by Bicolour Painting and Maintenance Pty Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

  • 16. Limitation of Liability

  • PaintSure and Bicolour Painting and Maintenance Pty Ltd are not responsible for:

  • Damage not caused by us

  • Delays due to site, weather, or client issues

  • Services outside the agreed scope

  • 17. $3,000 Home Seller Refresh – Terms & Conditions

  • A special one-off service for home sellers to improve property appeal before listing. Includes:

  • Touch-ups & one full coat in selected areas

  • Light prep (patch, sand, dust)

  • Trade-quality internal painting (no external)

  • 1 site visit to assess scope

  • Conditions:

  • Max. 40 squares (approx. 370 m²)

  • Neutral colours only

  • Must be pre-paid (excl. GST)

  • Furniture must be moved/centred prior to service

  • Timeframe:

  • 1-3 business days to complete (depending on size)

  • Book 5 days in advance

  • Cancel/reschedule 48 hours in advance

  • Note: This is not a full repaint. It’s designed to boost market appeal, not renovate. Heavy prep, ceiling work, mould removal not included.
