Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all PaintSure subscriptions provided by PaintSure, the service brand of Bicolour Painting and Maintenance Pty Ltd ABN 82 675 088 772. -
1. Subscription Memberships

PaintSure operates on a monthly or annual subscription model.

Services can commence only when:

The membership has been active for 12 months, or
-
The full annual subscription amount has been paid upfront.

If a service is booked before the 12-month term is completed, the full annual payment must be paid upfront, minus any already-paid monthly instalments.

2. Booking Conditions

Each subscription includes one internal maintenance service per 12-month period.

Early or emergency bookings beyond the included service may incur additional charges.

If a client has already received a service and requests an emergency callout, additional costs may apply.

3. Cancellations & Missed Payments
-
If a customer misses two (2) monthly payments, the membership will be automatically cancelled.

Cancelled memberships are not eligible for any service bookings.

No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a cancelled subscription.

If a customer cancels their membership before any service has been booked, no refund will be provided.

4. Responsibility of the Client

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their subscription remains active and up to date to be eligible for service.

If the membership is inactive, cancelled, or payments are missed, PaintSure is under no obligation to provide service, and refunds will not be issued.
